What is the secret to a long healthy life?

Most important seems to be: fresh food, movement, social interaction and low stress level. Last Saturday I cycled Vätternrundan’s 30 miles in 6 hours and 52 minutes. It was an absolutely fantastic experience and we reached our big season goal in the finest summer weather. In the picture from the finish you can see my happiness.
