Payment options when ordering a subscription:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and others. There are no additional fees for card purchases. The card payment is handled by our partner Stripe.
When ordering, the total amount will be deducted from your PayPal account. There is no extra charge for using this service.

In order to get the best effect from Cellexir One, it is important that you give your body a regular dose daily. A subscription of Cellexir One allows you to always have Cellexir One at home at a favorable price. When you choose this option, you get the products delivered on the same date monthly. You can choose to skip a shipment and you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription with us, please contact us by sending an e-mail to our customer service email@example.com. You will then receive a written confirmation via e-mail from us that your cancellation has been confirmed and that you will not receive any new delivery. Cancellation of your subscription must take place no later than the day before payment for the next mailing is made. Non-payment is not counted as termination.
If you choose to pay by card, the amount is automatically deducted from your card at the time of order. The same terms and conditions for returns and complaints apply to subscriptions as in the ordinary order.
In case of late payment, reminder fees and any collection fees will be charged.
Free shipping within Sweden. Shipping according to Post Nord's price list for other countries (currently SEK 26 in the Nordic countries).
Your item will normally be packed within 24 hours. Normal delivery time for orders within Sweden is about 1-5 working days.

All orders within Sweden are sent by letter with Post Nord. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays depending on the carrier.

Returns, complaints & refunds
REFUND OF CARDS
If you have paid your order, but for some reason have canceled your purchase, will be refunded to the same card or account from which the money was deducted. Once we have approved a return, we will automatically refund the amount.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
In case of product failure, full compensation is required. If the complaint is not justified, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including our costs for returning the product to you after inspection.
CHANGE OF MIND
You have the right under the distance contract law to return ordered flawless goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be provided as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods. (Does not apply to specially ordered goods.)
