Hummus with sun-dried tomatoes

So tasty and easy to vary your hummus with different seasonings, sun dried tomatoes are a favorite of mine! Good taste and saltiness 🙂

Ingredients
380 g fully cooked chickpeas
about 4-5 tablespoons of tahini
16 sun-dried tomatoes
1 dl water (or liquid from the chickpeas)
1 clove of garlic
lemon juice
salt

Do this

Pour off all the liquid from the chickpeas, except for 1 dl and pour into a food processor. Add tahini and mix together to a smooth mixture. Then add sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Mix a little more and taste. I only mix so much that the sun-dried tomatoes turn into small pieces. Serve as a snack with vegetable sticks or as a side dish to a meal!
